Basic User

This course provides an overview of the Wave IP system and reviews phone features, ViewPoint Desktop, Visual Voice Mail, Call Handling, Presence Management, Contacts and IMpulse Messaging client.

Advance User

With this course users receive additional training on Advanced Call routing, Conferencing, Call Rules, Call Recording, Mobile and Softphone Integration.

Contact Center Agent

The Wave Contact Centercourse, provides an overview of the Contact Center capabilities, call routing, sign-in/sign-out, advanced transfer skills, Queue Monitoring and overview of reporting.

Contact Center Supervisor

The Supervisor course goes in depth on Call Center Routing, Queue Management, Reporting, Skills Based Routing, Call Recording, and Real-time Monitoring.

System Administration


System Admin course assumes intimate knowledge of Wave operation & understanding of Telephony. Designed for high level administration, and troubleshooting, including Trunk configurations for T1 and SIP services.

Network Design

We start with the planning phase a company’s IT infrastructure before it is implemented.  We evaluate and learn how all the elements of your network links together (routers, firewalls, switches, and servers, desktops, laptops and printers). Understanding how they can be made to run as efficiently as possible can bring increased operational efficiency and security.

Service Providers
